The fee will be debited to your card or account when our ANZ designmycard is ordered.
Your image lasts for three years for credit cards and for 34 months for Access cards.
Once your image has been accepted, your ANZ designmycard will be sent to you within ten business days.
If you are a new ANZ Credit Card applicant, this is subject to credit card application approval. If you are a new ANZ Access Advantage account applicant, this is subject to you opening an ANZ Access Advantage account and visiting an ANZ branch to order your ANZ designmycard within a week of uploading your first image with a copy of the email confirming that the image selected by you has been accepted.
What if I apply for an ANZ Credit Card but my credit card application is declined - can I still get an ANZ designmycard?
If your ANZ credit card application is declined and you still want an ANZ designmycard, you will be able to open an ANZ Access Advantage account, as no credit application is necessary. Just go to www.designmycard.com.au to design your ANZ designmycard and then apply for an ANZ Access Advantage account.
You can change the image on your ANZ designmycard as often as you like. Each time you request a new image on your card the $15 fee will apply.
ANZ will reject an image if it does not meet our Image Guidelines or if it is in breach of a third party's copyright.
If we send you an email advising that your image has been rejected, simply follow the instructions provided in the email to redesign your card using a new image of your own or one from our image library. You will not be charged a fee for a rejected image.
If you do not upload an acceptable image within five business days of your initial application:
- new ANZ Credit Card applicants will receive the default ANZ Credit Card design on their card.
- other applicants may need to place another order for an ANZ designmycard.
Will my existing ANZ Access or credit card number, terms and conditions or PIN change once I request an ANZ designmycard?
No. Personalising your ANZ Credit Card or ANZ Access card changes the appearance of your card only. Your card number, account number, PIN (if one is loaded) and the ANZ Credit Card Conditions of Use or Product Disclosure Statement content for your product will not change.
Yes. Your ANZ designmycard works just like a regular ANZ card. If a retailer doesn't recognise it, just explain that it's an ANZ designmycard.
